Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your KYST-co.com purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, KYST Co. offers a full refund or exchange on unused, full-priced items within 14 days of purchase date. 

To start a return, simply contact us at support@kyst-co.com and provide the order number along with a request for either an exchange or refund.  We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you if the exchange/refund is approved or not.   The buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs.

  • For Exchange:  You may receive an exchange for another item.  Please indicate this information when initiating your return.  We will do our best to accommodate your exchange per current inventory.

  • For Refund:  You will be provided a full refund on your original method of payment.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.  In the event your item was damaged during transit, we will replace or refund the damaged product.  Please reach out to support@kyst-co.com within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographic proof of damage. 

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact support@kyst-co.com within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please note: Once item is removed from its original protective packaging and used, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.  

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
