Directions:
The first time you light your candle, let it burn for 2-4 hours to allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the container. This will prevent your candle from tunneling.
Cotton Wick: Always trim wick to 1/4" before lighting.
Wood Wick: Make sure your wick is trimmed to 1/8" - 3/16" prior to each lighting. If your wick is too long it may cause performance issues. The easiest was to trim your wood wick is to pinch off the spent wick with your fingers. The wick will naturally break off where it needs to.
Scissors, a wick trimmer, or your pinched fingers works best to trim wicks.
